hi friends my name is Marie today i will tell you about the benefits of yoga:
There is no such person to whom yoga would not have benefited, therefore it is safe to say that she is suitable for everyone. The exceptions are some diseases in which the benefits of yoga are questioned and its practice can even harm: infections of the brain and spine, malignant tumors, mental illness, acute diseases of internal organs. In other cases, systematic yoga classes normalize all the physiological processes in the body, and the body begins to function smoothly - so it works, probably, only in childhood, when nature itself fully helps the young body.

How do practitioners benefit from yoga? When viewed from the side, people sit in comfortable positions and do not do anything special ... Nevertheless, work in a static position is serious. In short, due to the combination of breathing with muscle tension and relaxation of the body.

Breathing allows you to control attention and enhances the effect of asana. Muscle tension drives deep-seated muscles (passive), and they, in turn, reflexively affect internal organs that other types of physical activity simply cannot reach. And finally, after a good stress, there is a deep and high-quality relaxation of the whole body.

The benefits of yoga for men: a tour of history
In ancient India, yoga, generally speaking, was considered an exercise only for men, as a way to achieve the Absolute, the highest knowledge of oneself and merge with the Creator after complete liberation from material and purification from fruitive activities. Achieve liberation - male prerogative.

The human consciousness goes through certain stages of development from the mineral world, continuing to plant and animal and getting human incarnation. Being born, a person also goes through the stages of development of consciousness, and, from this point of view, a woman is a certain stage. According to the yogic treatises, only women who perform their earthly duties well and who serve the husband and family can gain the right to be born a man. Further, the evolution of their consciousness continues in the male body, whose possibilities are much greater.

The phased development of human consciousness is well illustrated by the doctrine of the energy centers in the human body - the chakras - and dividing them into castes. People with a low level of development, meeting exclusively their needs, sudras (employees), conditionally live in the lower centers: the Muladhara and Svadhistana chakras. Consciousness vaishyu (merchants) rises to the Manipura-chakras: in addition to themselves, they already take care of others, for example the family, and produce something for society. In the old days, it was allowed to practice yoga from this level.

The next level of the Anahata Chakra is that of the Kshatriya (warrior) caste, who devote themselves to caring for everyone. They were engaged in special yoga, aimed at developing strength, endurance, patience and sanity. A lot of Kshatriya yoga is introduced into today's practices, which helps us to resist in the endlessly raging modern world.

Vishudkha-chakra is developed in the highest caste - the brahmans (sages). These are leaders of organizations, public figures, managers, politicians and kings. At this level, consciousness evolves to an understanding that I am the soul, not the body. Having played enough in the role of sudra, vaishyu, ksatriya, a person comes to know his spiritual nature, and he is required to practice yoga and meditation.
